A summary of the number and percentage of active unique employees within an agency or department who have completed a basic, advanced or data focused course offered by the Chief Performance Office (CPO).
The CPO offers over 14 different courses that are intended to increase employee knowledge skills and capabilities. Courses focus on a variety of topics including continuous improvement, problem solving, critical thinking, strategic planning, facilitation, performance management, process management, data analysis and automation. Courses are divided into four categories: intro, basic, advanced, and data.
This dataset is pulled from the State's Learning Management System and includes unique counts of employees who are in state service at the time the data is run. Percentages are based on the total count of employees (classified and exempt) found at
https://data.vermont.gov/Government/Executive-Branch-Employee-Count-and-FTE-by-Departm/u3m9-s665. Agencies and departments listed are within the executive branch but do not include independently elected offices beyond the Governor's Office.
